Zebina is up for sale in Turin and made his desire to leave public last night despite having a year left on his contract.
Arles have been recruiting heavily in a hope to consolidate a place in Ligue 1.
“Yesterday a person close to the Presidents of Arles-Avignon called me to make a concrete offer on behalf of the club,” Zebina said.
“I have taken it into consideration. A team from the Premier League and another from the Championship [Crystal Palace] are also interested.”
Zebina would be Arles' 16th signing of the transfer window and among the highest profile after Angelos Charisteas and Angelos Basinas.
