I don't see why Parma would want to sell him for peanuts, essential player for them and hardly good enough for us. Unless it's peanuts, there's no point in signing him, plenty of players like him around, just bring back Estigarribia.
If Conte wants him i'm not to question his judgement but on a personal note this would be such a 'meh' signing, and it wouldn't come cheap either. Should have just kept Giacc.
