@Mark, can u explain why is there this delay? Why cant we do a Sandro here? Marotta doesnt want to overpay? I dont want us to sign potentially starting RB like 2 days before mercato ends and then fail to actually sign him and then panic buy some nobody from god knows where.

We cant pull a Valencia player now? They finished fkng 12th last year. Cant Cancelo do a Neymar and just buy himself off from them and then come here. I mean we offer so much more than what Valencia has to offer.
We in selling mode for now but you know how tough this is for Beppe.

Apparently we are offering €10m + Lemina. Sounds like BS, rarely see these player + cash deals go through. Valencia value him at €25m.
Players swap doens't happen anymore.

Juve could offer 15+5 first, then 15+10, or 20+5. I doubt they'd consider Lemina anyways.

Player swaps happen all the time in Serie A. Every season you get a few, plus like a million deals with youth players are swaps.

It already happened this summer like Inter-Samp with Caprari and Skriniar.

Only a straight swap for Lemina would be a good deal for this player. Paying any money for him would be bad. Cancelo and Gomes were th pillars of the worst Valencia in his history 2 seasons ago. His side of the field is a free road for the rivals players, he can't defend. But also is not that good attacking, you can see his stats, he is not that special attacking, not even close to Dani Alves which was a beast attacking but not that bad at defending

Yes. I'm from the north of Spain (Bilbao) so i usually watch La Liga matches.

PD: And for Cancelo I have to say something more. In 3 seasons he has been sent off 3 times (The second vs Sevilla was only in 25 minutes.), and he order to shut up Valencia's supporters when he score a goal (vs Deportivo). He is a no brainer
