Just remember that we had exactly same doubts about Sandro abilities to defend when we were signing him. Im certain he will be a bomb on that right side if he comes.
Let's hope we'll manage to keep AS though. Having two fullbacks of this class would be so pleasing to watch :diculo:

Cancelo: agreement Valencia CF - Juventus for 40 million

The player will pass the medical review in the next hours as a step prior to signing.

Valencia CF and Juventus of Turin have already closed the agreement for the transfer of Joao Cancelo in the absence of the player to pass medical tests between Monday and Tuesday. Finally, the Italian club will pay the 40 million euros that Mateu Alemany had been demanding in the negotiations to give the Portuguese out, after Inter did not exercise at the end of May the purchase option he had for a similar amount.

The two clubs reached an agreement about two weeks ago regarding the overall amount of the signing, at the expense of understanding the forms of payment with the option proposed by Juve to introduce the player Marko Pjaca as part of the payment. This possibility was rejected by Valencia CF and Mateu Alemany and Pablo Longoria told Giusseppe Marotta in the meeting they held in Milan on June 13.

Valencia CF will thus fulfill its part of the plan for this summer market, which was to liquidate with the sale of Joao Cancelo much of the deficit it has in its budget for the 2017/18 season, which is 45 million euros. It will not be at Inter, where the player was on loan this season in a cross operation with Geoffrey Kondogbia, but Juventus, who had been interested in Portuguese since last summer.

From there, the revenues of the Champions League will allow him to raise his budget and his capacity to incorporate new players for next season. At the moment, it has already ratified the signing of Kondogbia, has joined Uros Racic and has closed the central Diakhaby of Olympique de Lyon, club with which he already has an agreement to buy it for 15 million.

The first payment that Juve will make at the time of the final signing will be about 15 million euros, postponing the rest in two years. Valencia CF serves this formula to adapt their numbers and comply with the requirements of LaLiga Financial Fair Play.

In principle, Joao Cancelo returns from his vacation in the Riviera Maya and is already waiting for him in the city of Turin to undergo medical check-ups between Monday and Tuesday, the conditions of his contract have been agreed for weeks and everything was closed this week with the visit to the Juventus offices of one of Jorge Mendes' collaborators in Gestifute
