I really like Menez as he can be explosive on his day and literally unplayable. Conte's man management skills are excellent and he'd work wonders with Menez no doubt.

There aren't really many wingers out there with Pepe's defensive contribution. Menez certainly isn't one.

That being said, he's not totally lazy. It will all be down to mgmt considering whether or not he'd be willing to up his work rate like basically all players are required at Conte's Juve.
