The guy on your right has patellar tendinopathy. He seems quad dominant and I'm guessing his hip flexors are very tight. Must have poor hip extension strength and his hamstrings are probably non-existent. Man, I get patellar tendinopathy from just seeing him run.

The woman on your left has some gluteal issues as well. Look at the way her pelvis sags. Might be a gluteus medius problem.

    You should tell them.

If any one once a translation of this I can give it:

WOW Jack!! Great achievement, congrats

I have the fitness, but always lack motivation and get bored while running so I never run long distances.

    Really good job!

bianconero, thank you for the wonderful campaign...how shall we distribute now?

    205 000 000
Well done to you: you did the hard work.

So that is a lot of vCash. Hmmmm:

    1) Back Serbia at 67.00
    2) We both abscond to vBarbados with the money, and live out the rest of our days listening to reggae, smoking bombers and enjoying the natural beauties of that land.
    3) We distribute the funds to the needed in order for them to bet in the World Cup.
    4) We open up the thread for 48 hours for suggestions from the members.

I think I will keep 5 million for myself and distribute 200 000 000 on 20 members, that sounds reasonable, right?

    Agreed.

But how to decide the 20.

Maybe a Charlie and the Chocolate factory scenario can be created.

Thinking about that: I like the image of golden tickets for 20 luckys.

To be an elite runner, that is true but to be an elite runner, but when it comes to amateur runner I have read many theories that I strongly believe in that anyone can be a runner if nothing is damaged in his/her body. And I wouldn't call it talent sometimes, the Kenyan and Ethiopian runners have it as culture more than talent, they run for transport, that's why they are the best.
There's a lot you can do to improve your running, that's true. For example you could work on hip extension, which will make you quite a bit faster and more efficient if you're underdeveloped in that area. But some people have a harder time gaining muscle mass than others and even then it's a question of gaining muscle where you need it.
Now I do believe that anyone with the right training could be a decent runner, there we agree. But if you're competing in a half marathon, you should already be more than decent.

I got some watermarked pictures from the race. So the other two you saw were at the 4km mark where I was barely sweating and I was just enjoying the scenery.

Here's one at the 8km mark, the heat started to take on, it's one km after a 2km-long bridge. The air is thick because of the proximity to salt water and quite a few spectators.

Here's another at the 17 km, the absolute worst part of the race for me, new distances in my feet, the heat was doing it's job as it does best and many runners on the ground have fainted. Psychologically wreaking but things get better at 18 km even though there has the highest amount of spectators.

The joy of reaching the goal

And going to pick up the medal

Eating chocolate at the finishers stand
