That's not true. Talent is a huge factor when it comes to running. I agree that one could train to obtain a more efficient running form (mostly achieved by training the posterior chain probably), but some people are always going to suck at it.
To be an elite runner, that is true but to be an elite runner, but when it comes to amateur runner I have read many theories that I strongly believe in that anyone can be a runner if nothing is damaged in his/her body. And I wouldn't call it talent sometimes, the Kenyan and Ethiopian runners have it as culture more than talent, they run for transport, that's why they are the best.

MODAFOKA

It was extremely hot and I was forced to stop at all stations to drink energy drink and spill a cup of water on my head. I wish it were 10 degrees colder and cloudy but with all that I managed to reach my goal under two hours. For someone that have started running in October and had one of the hardest winters that Sweden experienced, I am extremely satisfied.

A big thank you for all those who wished me luck and supported me, I thought of you while running. The only disappointment was that only one spectator enjoyed the Juve jersey but it was a key shout at 15.5 km after a long bridge and I was totally running out of steam.
Well done, Jack! We're all proud of you.

42K in 1h53?? Jack! You're a beast!!! Congratulations

Very nicely done Jack, congrats man.

Especially since you haven't been running for all that long, it's a truely great achievement. You should be proud.

Not yet, Tommy. Today was my longest race.

I dedicate this run to solojuve1897 becasuse 58122 runners are idiots to him to be willing to run 21km by choice.

As promised, more to come
The guy on your right has patellar tendinopathy. He seems quad dominant and I'm guessing his hip flexors are very tight. Must have poor hip extension strength and his hamstrings are probably non-existent. Man, I get patellar tendinopathy from just seeing him run.

The woman on your left has some gluteal issues as well. Look at the way her pelvis sags. Might be a gluteus medius problem.

You should tell them.
