Good luck, JCK, though I'm sure you won't need luck.

I don't suppose you are doing this run like a guy I know, who went out drinking the night before and had a few beers in the morning before it? :D
It's been four weeks without any alcohol at all and three weeks without candies and the likes. I am craving for ice cream.

Good luck Jack!! Did you prepare yourself by eating lots of carbs? Took that pill that takes away the urge to go #2 so you don't get it while running?:p

Hope you do a great time :)
You can't imagine the carbs I've been stuffing myself with, the past two days were intense. No, no pills :D I am not aware of that anyway and the urge for #2 is worrying me most, I will try my best not to need to do it.

I am not able to sleep,, I woke up extremely early but I don't feel tired at all.

Once again I want to thank all the nice wishes and the generous donations, I will do my best not to disappoint you.

Last night I uploaded on Facebook the gear that I'll be wearing today, for my fans here, here comes:

I don't know how it works but this site www.endomondo.com seem to have a service that follows the event.

Then you can always check this newspaper www.gt.se but I don't know what kind of coverage they will have.

www.runnersworld.se is also having coverage but I am not sure they will cover the actual track, maybe the start and finish only.

For all these you might need my number to recognize me, keep a look on 18115

You can follow JCK this way during his run.

Jack, break a leg. I dunno why, I feel so anxious about this and I don't think I've ever cared about a marathon race. :D

Good luck. Pace yourself, but make sure to run fast enough in the beginning too, because you won't be able to make up for the lost time towards the end as much as you might have thought. Let's hope you come back with a personal best.
