at brescia he was being hailed as the next nesta. but he did play central defence. at parma, he has been used more as a right back and hasnt really played that great.

obviously a gamble but at the same time, he is young and would be good back up to the likes of thuram and others. if the price is right, i say we should get him.

for Parma players I'd prefer Ferrari. Bonera is overrated IMO, he's not as good as some make him out to be but he could be better.

Bonera..how do i feel...every time i have watched him, nothing special has been noticed, trhe only thing thta saved him were some lucky ricochets. He is without doubt one of the most overated young italians, plus he is a Rossonero, so i dont treally wanna see him in a juve shirt......for the money we spend on him we could have mexes....jus think about that.

If anyone ever gets a chance to see Mexes they will understand why....he is class,pure class. If we dont get him adn another serie a side do then i will be seriously ****ed off. Cos we could easily have got him. And if we get bonera for the same money as Mexes goes somewhere else then i would go bloody loopy.

I think we should start a campagin and pertition to get mexes for juve..hehe, maybe we could get it to Moggi.....but then he would probably say a deal has already be done, failing to tell us its not mexes coming to us.

i was not implying that bonera is the better buy than mexes. he is the more likely purchase. as for defenders abroad, i think squillaci, and again lucio, are the ones being looked at unfortunately.

mexes and ferrari would be great to get ahead of any other IMO. but whether we like it or not, bonera will be bought along with ferrari.

the reasons why mexes's name pops up too much in these forums is because we all want him. there are very limited number of rumours that links Juve to mexes as far as I know.

is Barone really needed though? i mean, we those positions covered. we should really try and get an offensive midfielder of some sort. we lack creativity for sure.

Nedved, i believe we have no choice but to change our defence around. we have ciro, montero, iuliano, fresi and even pessotto who could all be gone next season. and lets face, most of them should not be playing right now, even as back up. so we'll be bringing in at least 3 new faces in our defense unit.
