How much €€ would the season tickets bring in for us?
Lets assume that the revenue from the stadium for the year was 33 million (I've seen that number around although the financial statements for the year have yet to be approved). Around 24.000 season tickets were sold last season. Average attendance was 37.500. So 24.000/37.500*33.000.000=21.120.000
This time around we sold 27.400. So 27.400/24.000*21.120.200=24.112.226. Lets also add the 70 euro price increase per season ticket, so 70*27.400+24.112.226=26.030.226.

Now don't take my calculations too seriously! I have no idea how what sums up the 33 million from last year. It is very likely that the price per game for a season ticket (Season ticket divided by 18) is not the same as the price for an individual ticket. Also contributing to the 33 million number could be food sold at the stadium, VIP boxes, stadium supporter crap like scarves and access to the stadium tour and the museum.

Last year we earned from season tickets 11 million. To that number add around 20 mill more from matchday revenue, it's roughly 1 mll per game without season tickets. With higher price i think this year we'll pocket 12 to14 mill and with matchday income, also with cl i would say we'll can earn more than 40 mills in total from tickets.
Finally if you compare this figure with one 2 years ago when we earned around 10 mill from all tickets, benefits of our new stadium are for everyone to see.

So we made twice as much from 16.500 seats (41.000-24.500) than from season ticket seats (24.500)? Do you know why that is?

Individual tickets are always more expensive than season ones. For example juve played 19 home games. Average for curva was i think 50 euros. 19X50=950 euros and season tickets for curva were 340 euros.

Makes sense. Lets assume that all tickets cost 50 euros. So it would be 50*16.500*19=15.675.000. Difference between that and they 20 million you talked about could be explained by the fact that not all tickets cost 50 euros and that is in fact only for the cheapest section, no?

Let's just wait & see how many fans we attract after the novelty of the stadium has worn off & we're again used to winning (fingers crossed).
When the Delle Alpi was new(er), attendances were high as well. Yet the last season we played there, people barely showed up while we were top of the league.

That said, public transport to & from the site has improved drastically compared to 5 years ago & the site in itself has been developped quite nicely (shopping, museum, enough parking, cleaner, etc), so the signs so far are great.
What makes you think that its novelty that attracts the fans? I think that is an unjustifiably sceptical comment. The spectacle has improved and it will won't get any worse. Its not like football or Juventus is unpopular in Italy or the world. Juve just needed the right stadium.

It is obvious that the season tickets get sold out when we have such a tiny stadium. The biggest problem is that what is done is done and there is no way we can rebuild the stadium in the near future. The fans have to suffer the tyranny.

They made mistake in terms of capacity. Around 50k would be more apropriate for the club of our stature. Maybe they can expand it in future. Several factors influenced on Delle Alpi's poor attendance record.
1. Poor visibility
2. Stadium was outdated, there were no caffe bars, restoraunts...
3. Security problems, you won't bring your family when person next to you takes drugs
4. Poor business around the stadium. Everything was closed during a week.

The reason the stadium was so intimidating for other teams this year was because it was almost always filled. Teams would walk in, surrounded by walls of Juve supporters. If it were bigger it might not be like that all the time and thus it becomes less a spectacle. 40,000 may not be enough but it's better than having a stadium like the olimpico or san siro only a quarter way filled.
