The new Juventus Stadium pride of Italian nomination for Euro2016

This afternoon, at Uefa Head Office in Nyon, Italian, French and Turkish Federation, has officially presented their respective nomination files to organize Euro 2016. Uefa Executive Committee will elect the organizing country, on May 28th, in Geneva. Italy is proposing twelve stadia, nine from Turkey and France. Pride of Italian Nomination is Juventus new stadium, the only already under construction, in Italy and in Europe. Works are well under and going on in foreseen times. The plant will host Juventus matches starting from season 2011/12

Guys i have a question, what will happen if italy did organize the 2016 euros ? Will they offer some sort of easy loans, extra funds to other clubs in italy to build new stadiums ? And what about Juve, the club is allready building the stadium so will they just ignore juve and not offer this club anything in return ?

Can't help but think that that fucker Moratti is up to something, i mean he already talked about building a new stadium for Inter few years ago. Why haven't Inter start anything though we all know that Moratti can easilly build the stadium if he wants?

If that was the case then screw the Euro's, hope Italy would never host the Euro's atleast not in the next 20 years.

I think Inter may try and get their own stadium like we have done, instead of getting it from the city of Milan. I'm fairly sure I read that somewhere when they were considering it.

And because the stadium will be owned by Juventus, wouldn't FIGC or whoever have to give us funds so they can use it for the tournament?

If our stadium is used for UEFA 2016 we can expect some cash our way. Either we get a % of the ticket sales, or UEFA pays a rental fee for the whole tournament. It is also possible we will see some bonus payments from our stadium sponsor for the added exposure of a big continental competition.

Of the 12 cities proposed as venues for Euro 2016 (9 will be chosen), only Turin, Palermo and Cagliari will be new stadiums. The rest will contain renovations of varying degrees.

Also from what I gather, it's public money so the situation will still be the same. Italy's bid will cost the least (France and Turkey are the other contenders).

In the above link, the San Siro is 1 of the 12 venues. Inter will have to finance their own stadium.
