There's only one problem: he's absolutely useless, our worst defender last year, even worse than Montero or Legro.
There is no need to be despective with players who has been defending our colors for so long...:D

I know he has been with us for some time, but we don't need him, not even on the bench, so it's worthless paying him while he's not playing.

C'mon guyz. You gotta be serious sometimes. What can Iuiano do for the club? seriously? we have legro and tudor as backup for Cannavaro and Thuram. And Zebina in extreme cases. So I think that Montero and Iuliano can retire, for the clubs sake and for themselves. We will not forget what they have done for the club, so they can still be in the Juventus Club, but not play :)

the thing is Iuliano cant even play in team -reserve team training match during training..... can be useful in overloading ( attaking ) training though...

ok i think he better go to greener pasteur..

i appose ' get rid of all those old players ' mentality though..... players should isolately be base on their performance and ability..not their age ;)

upmost respect for what he has done for juve but his time was up last season, maybe the season before. I think he deserves to end his career at least playing on the field for a club.

Montero should be leaving also for that same respect.

    Iuliano set for CSKA
    Monday 22 November, 2004

Russian giants CSKA Moscow have reportedly made a bid for Juventus stopper Mark Iuliano.

CSKA are understood to have offered around £2m for the stopper, 31, who is actually out of contract in the summer.

Iuliano, who rarely features for the Bianconeri, could be tempted by a £1.5m a season contract.

The Turin giants seem to have too many centre-backs in their squad and are keen to offload a few players in January.

Meanwhile, Jonathan Zebina is expected to return to the line-up for Tuesday’s Champions’ League game against Ajax.

The right-back has been sidelined with a muscle problem but will be back in action at the Delle Alpi.

Juve are expected to field a host of reserves though given that they have already qualified for the knock-out stages.

Alex Del Piero, Lilian Thuram, Fabio Cannavaro, Mauro Camoranesi and Emerson are all expected to be rested ahead of Sunday’s trip to Inter.
