Milan’s proposed plans for their new stadium have been unveiled, presenting a project with an estimated cost between €300m and €320m.

The club revealed four days ago that they were planning on a 48,000-seater stadium to be opened in 2018-19.

New images released by the club and the Gazzetta dello Sport today further add detail to the Rossoneri’s proposal.

The stadium is planned to rise in the area of the old Fiera Campionaria di Milano, which is in Portello, in the centre of the city.

The Gazzetta reiterate that the infrastructure will include two floors of parking, a football academy, a hotel, and an exhibition area.

The price of the investment is estimated between €300m and €320m, with €220-240m for the stadium and the remainder for the adjoining structures. According to la Gazzetta, this sum will be provided entirely by Milan's sponsors.

The stadium is expected to be ecologically friendly, capable of recycling rainwater for its bathrooms and powered partly with solar power, and it will be completely soundproof thanks to new inbuilt sound-absorbing technology.

Looks really good, the design is pretty unique. However their stands are a little too flat in my opinion making it a lot less of a pit than ours.
our stands is one of the steepest in europe, helps with the acoustics
