Swag, I pasted the link into IE, then PPlive says it's checking the host, but nothing happens after that. Media player doesn't even start.

I wish I could tell you I am a pro at this, but I installed PPLive only 40 minutes ago myself.

I got my Windows Media player to launch when I selected "Start player" on the right click menu on the system tray icon for it. Then dropping the URL in a browser caused things to go in proper motion. But that was just my limited experience.
