Icardi is a good player at a shit club with shit players
True in general but they could be doing much better if Mancini knew how to revamp players the way Conte was able to. Jovetic, Kondogbia and to a lesser extent Ljajic have very good potential that Mancini has not been able to even come close to tapping into. We have seen all of them play at a much higher level before. If your two star signings completely flop like that then you must be doing something wrong in terms of man management.

Teams that are rebuilding on a budget must be able to revamp players that have gone down as well as nurture talented youngsters. In form talented established players will be too expensive for Italian clubs that are looking to rebuild. Juve did that successfully and so did ATM, both of which built their teams around fallen top players that needed revitalizing and talented youngsters. Mancini is not the man for the job. They should start with a man-management expert first and then go for a tactician.

Summary of what minority shareholder avvocato La Scala had to say after Milan's shareholders' meeting (was posted on April 29):

Nothing surprising really. Joke of a club.

Long live Berlu and Galliani. Berlu won't sell his majority shares, fingers crossed.

While I also find it hilarious to see both Milanese clubs in such disarray it's also very bad for Italian football at the same rate. Similar to how it was bad when the scandal fucked Juve which in turn accelerated the downward spiral Italian football was already headed in and created deeper, wider crater which Italy has a long way to dig out of.

But fuck both Milan clubs anyway

wow... just wow.. Its one thing to not find do the right transfers and coach hiring. Football is difficult and getting the right mix needs time. But its another thing to be that shady when dealing with your own shareholders.

The player he is attacking here is montolivo and if he gets a new 3 year contract... man oh man the fans will go crazy
