Nagatomo: 'I turned down Man Utd'
By Football Italia staff

Yuto Nagatomo reveals he “turned down an offer from Manchester United” and believes Inter can finish third.

The Japan international had been expected to leave over the summer and during the January transfer window, but is still at San Siro.

“I like everything about Inter, I want to stay here and renew my contract,” Nagatomo told Inter Nos.

“I turned down an offer from Manchester United, as my desire is to stay here. I have an excellent rapport with Roberto Mancini.

“I’m having a great time, though I had the most fun with Wesley Sneijder, Marco Materazzi, Javier Zanetti and Antonio Cassano. Marco taught me Italian, including a few swearwords! Now I do some yoga exercises with Samir Handanovic before a game.
a mediocre Serie-A player turning down Mantshester Union :touched:
Serie-A :tuttosport: @Bianconero_Aus

...i have no doubt about the swear words, it's the only thing he can learn there, besides cheating.

Fucking nagatomo is ruining my image of yoga beeing about hot sluts with their squatbooty in far to tight yogapants stretching it out, leaving little to the imagination

Cataldi on Lazio seems like he could have potential. Two assists tonight - seriously though whoscored definitely has it right when they say discipline is very weak. He has 6 yellow cards in his last 8 games!
Cataldi is a promising regista but he needs to play more, he's essentially a vice-Biglia.

He's a player that could interest us in the future, he has quality.

You need to know what those booking are for to make any sort of judgement.

Interesting player, but don't see him as a regista.

What kind of CM do you think he is? Lazio are mostly playing him in Biglia's position when the latter is unavailable.
Not sure.

He may end up a regista, in the way that Montolivo did after gradually being given more responsibility and moving deeper over several years.

Just now I see Cataldi as a tidy all-rounder that is well suited to the role I've seen him play most for Lazio - providing the link between the regista (Biglia) and the more attacking midfielder (Parolo going box-to-box or a trequartista) in some sort of three-man midfield.

There's probably more similarities in his game to someone like Tiago (who was a good player, despite his failure at Juve), than there is to most deeper midfielders just now.
