They are upgrades for Roma though.
Dzeko is an upgrade on Destro for sure, or Doumbia or Ljajic or Totti or whoever else Garcia has put in the middle of his attack. How much of an upgrade, entirely depends on just how much he can recover his form from a couple seasons ago.

I don't rate Digne at all. Sure, he might come good, but I don't really see it. But, again, an upgrade over the shit they have at left back last season with Holebas and Torosidis splitting time there.

Rudiger is an interesting case, as he is quite promising. If he puts the injury setbacks and poor form of last season behind him, I could see him displacing Manolas (assuming Castan gets back to his best) as a starting CB. Manolas was positionally terrible last season. Tough, pacy, and decent 1v1 defending, but he was caught out of position a ridiculous number of times.

I always thought Holebas was quite decent last season. Definitely one of the better LBs in the league, so I don't understand why they let him go
I think he had some very good games, but he'd mix those in the middle of 3-4 very poor games. He was incredibly inconsistent, and in Rudi Garcia's 4-3-3, fullbacks play a pretty big role, so he needs consistency in that position. I'm not sure the answer for that is Digne though, as he's a young and very inconsistent player who has only shown flashes of talent.

I completely agree about Digne btw, he is really not that good. Quite overrated just because he broke into the Lille first team at a young age.

it depends also on how well they utilize Dzeko. if they put 2 brainless wingers around him and fire crosses on him all the game, with not much support from other players, he is wasted and not used to his full capabilities. for such a role, they could just kept Destro or buy someone like Carroll. Dzeko needs to be involved in the play, spend time on the ball and receive passes around the box where he can either shoot or pass to one of the advancing mids. Roma has a strong midfield, they should try to play more through the middle. or play Pjanic at trequartista

“The trophy I remember most fondly is the Champions League, though that is obvious,” Moratti told Mediaset Premium Sport.

“Having said that, I have a special place for the Scudetto we won through the courts, as I found that to be only right. The 2010 title made me suffer more than any other.”

In 2006 the Scudetto was stripped from Juventus and handed to Inter as part of the Calciopoli scandal.

It is sometimes referred to by critics of the decision as the 'Cardboard Scudetto,’ maintaining that if it had to be removed from Juve’s tally, then it should’ve been left unassigned.

Inter finished third that season, though Juve and Milan were docked points after the trial.

He's a delusional and shameless cretin, those are the only words to explain a person with such a twisted and biased viewpoint. Inter winning the CL was like Moratti stepping in front of a train and ending up in the first class seats, it should never have been allowed to happen but the 'miracle' of Calciopoli allowed them easy groundwork for a short-lived winning mentality.

The part Moratti has never been able to grasp is that this is the exception, not the norm. His Inter were not 'La Grande Inter', that was his daddy's team. His Inter were an expensively assembled - to the point of absolute ridicule - squad of weak bitch losers for season after season. They won 3 scudetti in 40 years before Calciopoli, they are an absolute joke.

Serie A ain't catching nobody next season with the kind of beginning Serie A teams have had in Europe. Very underwhelming.
Serie A won 19 pts last season, the EPL 11 pts. currently, the leagues are pretty even in the raking with EPL having a marginal lead. this season, if both leagues finish even up, we overtake the EPL since the terrible 2011(?) season is being removed. so if EPL has a better year than last year and win ~15 pts, and Serie A has a worse year than last year and also win ~15 pts, we can overtake them. even with 13-14 pts with EPL winning 15 pts Serie A is 3rd.

what a disgusting period i had to witness.. when you see his ugly face after they win the matches. then you see the asshole Maicon scores against us and getting his disgusting tongue out.. and they act like they are the best. and this Mourniho fucker who kept dissing our weak coaches. even though am normally comfortable with idea of suffering from time to time because it is the way of life and how the Möbius work. this just didn't feel right with players like poulsen and grygera molinaro etc.. god damn i hope they get strong just to see them fall again.

inter merda!

One day, after 37 serie a games, we'll be tied with inter, in the coppa and cl final with inter.

When we win all 3 games and win a trebble, and they have nothing but the worst season finish in history.

inter doesnt deserve anything glorious let alone UCL and Serie A. I just want them to be rekt as the same shitty way as us right in their asshole. I just wanna hear what their fans or whatever shit related to them without any guilty conscience whine :D
Oh and current inter's state is not their karma it's their original place which has been always mediocre. the real karma will be bankruptcy or disband of their shit club
