To be fucking honest, its about time that Milan mans the fuck up, spends 120 mil on the right players and puts itself back on the card.
Lets have an italian "classico" that we can fucking market to the world. Juventus cynical organisation with class and genius up front, versus the, hopefully, trademark bulletproof defence with flair and clinical finishing up front.
Yeah, yeah, bit less income trough Cl TV money, but if we market this right, we'll be recovering alot in this italian derby.

Since Milan will offcourse fuck this up, lets try the following:

Imagine if you got 120 to spend on transfers, wages arent counted but nothing above 6.5mil/yr. What team would you build.

Its about what team you can make with their current players + the cash.

Its a nice challenge.

Its different from juve, who are so high quality in each position, you'll find it hard to improve. But Milan, thats a basic building board

Its much more difficult and expensive now to build a top than it used to be before. Clubs like Chelsea and City had the advantage of them being the amongst very few teams that can offer outrageous salaries to offset the fact that they werent yet in the CL and that their brand as a club was weaker than the traditional teams. Today City, United, Madrid, Barca, Bayern, PSG are all more than capable of matching the salaries that any new sugar daddy club can ever offer let alone one as poor as Milan.

Moreover, the existence of all these rich clubs and their behaviour in the market has them always looking to buy talents and their bidding wars drive transfer fees to the sky.
120 Mill is far from enough to built a top team these days. Milan has absolutely no edge. They can neither offer salaries, nor transfer fees nor CL football nor a guarantee of titles. They will have to be build a team out of the rejects and the unwanted players that didnt perform.

I'd buy Jovetic & Dzeko & Balotelli & Gundogan & Toby Alderwireld & Felipe Luis & Dante... I really can't think of better players with some decent football in them that would take Milan and that Milan can afford at reasonable prices without having other teams raise the price for them. These are the players I'd try to sign but I wouldnt sign them all together ofcoarse.

Milan's squad is so fucking awfull that even if thet get 5 great players it might not be enough for 3rd place.
Anyway, in 120M budget, I think they should get:
Miranda- 20M
Benatia- 30M
Kondogbia-30M
Cuadrado-30M
Zlatan-10M

If they can get some money from selling some of their garbage players, I think they should also get another CM, maybe even Alonso.

Lopez
Abata Miranda Benatia De Scgilio
Bonaventura Alonso (Montilivo) Kondogbia
Cuadrado Zlatan SES

Milan will have to do what we did. Count on reputation and history to lure a few second top drawer players and build with smart moves in the mercato.

In other words they need to fire Galliani. Also Barbra.

With a half-decent tactician they could do well on Serie A with that team, get back to the Champions League and, as I said above, go from there. If they leave it another couple of years they'll have a much harder job to do, their squad really is in ruins.

As Roma and Cagliari close to an agreement for Nainggolan, 16 MEuro for the remaining 50% and a pay rise to +/-3 MEuro/year for Radja.

I prefer a tougher league too so all this spending is better. It's more satisfying to beat a strong Milan team than the shit they are now. And we need the attraction on good players coming over as well, it will bring the league up and we can market ourself better. As it is, my country's cable tv provider is slowly removing less and less Serie A games. Last season we didn't have HD and almost didn't have the supercup. In some weeks, they even skipped Serie A to show England Championship's game.
