So it's Osman's vendetta too? Roma fans think the same apparently.

There's nothing personal. I used to love the guy but then I've realized he offers poor performances on regular basis. Like I said, it's not like he plays for 3-4 months, it's been years.
Roma has been an absolute shithouse for three seasons now, which player has offered great performances consistently over there? Not even Totti managed that.

Oh we had couple of fans once in a while or a bit more who thought the same about Del Piero.

Its a fairly typical price. How do you suppose to entice a club to sell a 19 year old who has been scoring quite well since he started playing regurarly? Backup fringe players cost below 10m usually, not promising teen strikers who are in scoring mood. Especially in a league that dont have too many of those.

€15m is like some kind of standard price for every good/form player in Serie A under 28.

As Osman says, why would Samp settle for less? You pay for form, you say yes or no.

I agree, but I think it's too early to purchase Icardi. Admittedly, I haven't watched him that much, but what I have seen doesn't justify a 15m price tag. Even mediocre strikers (not calling him mediocre, full judgement is withheld for another few seasons) can have freak seasons. Just look at Janet.

Yeah that is true, but its a competetive market, and big clubs take these risks on young promising upstarts from time to time, especially in a league which is priced out from the overall market of quality players. Its better for them to tie down Icardi now and take the risk with him, before he has a second or 3rd season of scoring regurarly, where he would garner the interest of the big dogs overseas. Plus Inter specialize in Argies so they kinda must get him :p
