Although I agree with you - the reason why banners are being banned is that the non-ultra fans have complained that it's hard to see the field.

What else did you think it was? That's how it starts, the theatre-goers moan, next everyone is sat down or being ushered out of the stadium.

You don't go to the Curva to actually watch the match. Let the Curva go nuts (within international rules) and the rest can enjoy that spectacle at distance and at their leisure while watching the game itself.

The 'blocking the view' schtick is just there to hide the real agenda (Imma Cronios this bitch) of wanting to turn Juve Stadium into an entirely family and business friendly scene because that's where the dough is at.

Yeah, if it's in a "Curva" or whatever the side calls it and you sit in that section then you can't complain. Even DC United has those sections.
