with this WC debate i think there's a fine line between some of our players and that WC tag....juventus needs to be in CL regularly (which we will) and perform exceptionally and repeatedly againt the other top clubs...keeping your feats in the eye of the european and the worldwide audiences which we will do in the UCL gets your players much more noticed and talked about and used as a reference for a particular 'WC' standard...

i have no doubt that gio, vuci, asa, artie, caspie, nucci, llini, barza, isla, steiner, pogs, etc etc etc can tear shit up...they jus need to tear shit up for the worldwide audience to see against those 'big' clubs...

Sneijder in inter right now is no way top XI. Not since 2010WC anyway.

Buffon
Isla-Barza-Chiellini-Vidal
Pirlo
Asamoah-De Rossi-Marchisio
Cavani-Jovetic

I don't think that makes sense, because what if say suddenly there were no top GKs and Rubinho turned out to be the best GK in the world...would you still call him WC?
What kinda fucked up formation is that?

What do you think about Diego Fabbrini? I've been really impressed by him for a few months, he was really good at the end of last season and has been quite good so far this season(in the CL playoffs).

He's really a trequartista but Guidolin is playing him as a SS since he is reluctant to change his 3-5-2. I think he should switch to a 3-4-1-2 and use Fabbrini behind Muriel and Di Natale, that would be absolutely wonderful to watch.

Sorry, but I'd take Vidal in the midfield over De Rossi 10 out of 10 times.
It's hard to compare them. De Rossi does seem to have more tools in his skill set overall. I love Vidal and wouldn't swap him for anyone except De Rossi / Toure as I believe those two currently are better than him. Vidal is yet to peak though, I have huge expectations for the future.

I think you know I am a fan of Fabbrini, or you wouldn't have asked me :D I'm still not sure if he is going to be the finished article in terms of production, but he's a very natural footballer, stylish and easy on the eye. Not the type of player I usually like in particular, but I like how he keeps going and trying to play his game even when others don't. He seems to have bulked up slightly but is still quite frail looking.

He's yet another who has stalled for 2-3 years. I just hope he continues to play because too often these guys end up like Diamanti and only emerging in their late 20s.
