Dude, do you realize that whenever goalkeeper knocking the ball on the ground the "timer" is reset?
Sorry, that's wrong. Now you are the Juliano13 in here. :D
Read page 116: http://www.fifa.com/mm/document/footballdevelopment/refereeing/81/42/36/lawsofthegame_2012_e.pdf

It clearly says this:

Otherwise the rule wouldn't make any sense. Obviously, a lot of keepers get more than 6 seconds when they play, but as long as they don't have the ball a lot more than that, they aren't punished.

Just turn on timer in ur telephone and you will understand what i mean, that's the problem, nobody care about this rule anymore! When was the last time when you saw a free kick because goalkeeper kept the ball in his hands for too long?
Just added that into my post after you quoted my post. :) Well, as I said, pretty much everyone is misusing the rule, but they are never punished - just like you mentioned. However, if a team is down and there's only a few minutes to go, I feel like the referee is very aware of the rule (and the keepers too). So even though they keepers misuse the rule a bit at the end of a crucial game, they aren't holding on to the ball for 20 seconds, and that's the most important thing. :) They might be holding on to the ball for 20 seconds in the beginning of a game, but that doesn't matter much at that stage.

And these yellow cards for goalkeepers because of timewasting :sergio: what a stupid shit, isn't it? if we have the rule that goalkeeper has only 6 second to enter the ball into play why this rule is not working when he is about to goal kick?!

Are you asking why there isn't a 6 seconds rule when taking goal kicks? I guess it's because the keepers sometime have to get the ball behind the goal and place it on the ground first. When should the 6 second rule start when? The moment they place the ball on the ground in order to take the goal kick? If your answer to that question is yes, then they are just going to waste time getting the ball behind the net. So I guess such a rule wouldn't work at all. :)

since he put the ball on the ground in his marked zone the time should start - 6 seconds is enough to kick the ball into play

time wasting is one thing

I fucking hate it when a player dives to the ground, and acts like he tore his penis of and has a tripple shin fracture.

If a player fakes or has an injury, and makes the ref stop the play because of it, he should be taken of the field, and be sidelined for 5 minute.
If its an actual injury, it will not matter because can sub. if its just pain, have a teammate help you off. or dont make the play stop.

I know its too early to say but I can't see AC Milan making the CL this year.

Look at the table right now: Juve (35), Napoli (33), Inter (31), Roma (29), Fiorentina (29), Lazio (29) and AC Milan (21)

Look how tight its going to be for them to make it in. And out of those 7 teams AC Milan definitely have the most inferior squad IMO.

They're in a really a bad position.

Ey, I shouldn't even be talking yet either. There's still time for us to collapse as well. :scared:

Well, it's Roma, Lazio, Napoli, Inter, Milan, and Fiorentina. All disgusting teams, if you ask me. However, you have to pick two :p
My first pick would be Lazio. Not so sure about the second one.

Amongst team Lazio and Viola for least giveth a fuck in terms of dislike. Roma close to them too.
Zeman makes Roma a whole lot more dislikeable.

Yeah I don't give that much importance to him like some of you do, he is a dysfunctional clownish coach to laugh at at times, that's it.

But the dislike there is for Roma is based on our heated games since I started following calcio, but too little of a competition to us to linger outside said games. At their height, used to be like what Napoli is to us nowadays.
