All mediocre static Italian poachers, after all.
Indeed. All those never wanted aboard who wait in the box to score and that look like they're gonna break both of their legs and 4 ribs when they hold the ball. Those that turn their ass as soon as defender comes near them and those that can't run with the ball. Yeah, those that cost 15mln euros (bar Gila who was 27) are all chokers.

Oh and if Milan fails then people will say Pazzini couldn't do anything about it. Excuses is already prepared in advance, I know.

No poacher will score goals without service, doesn't really get more obvious than that. Whether the goals come from someone dribbling the ball 30 yards or from a guy stood inside the box it doesn't really matter. It's not like diving or figure skating where you get extra points for aesthetics.

I don't see how Matri "failed" at Juventus. I really don't.
He's not even playing.

Poacher will score if whole team works for him and even then he misses sitters. Good striker will score on his own.

It's not about dribblingss, it's about being able to create something yourself and score. None of those can do that and no, I'm not crying for Neymar and co.

So a 'good striker' doesn't miss sitters? Out of interest, what forwards in Serie A do you like? If you are going to compare someone like Cavani or Falcao to Matri or Pazzini then it's a non-discussion to begin with, because the former two are clearly better strikers, and they cost 4 times the fee because of it. It doesn't mean there isn't room in a squad for someone who can put the ball in the net when the ball is put into the box.

Why does a striker have to be able to create something and score? You just set the team up in midfield differently, get balls into right areas in the box. Look at Lichtsteiner's goal against Parma. When the 'create for yourself' route isn't working you get the ball wide and into the box and someone will get on the end of it.

You'll find that the strikers who create for themselves are often the ones who are most wasteful. A poacher has to be good at his job to play at a high level, and that is taking chances.

I think Serie A has terrible strikers so I can't really tell. All of the teams have poor attack. I liked Milito under Mourinho but it was for like one season when he exploded.. many people throw shit at him but I like Osvlado. Compared to others I think we have good strikers, but that tells nothing, because I still think they are average (not all).

Why? Because when team is rusty and can't do much then you can expect something from such striker. When it's going bad you can't even see those 'poachers'.

I like Llorente and I wouldn't mind Dzeko so it's not like I hate those.. poachers. I just think Matri, Pazzini, Gila, Aquafresca and others are all pretty much meh, not to say bad. I like Matri the most out of those.

yeah the goalie definitely fixed the match.

just like the udinese milan match last season where udinese was leading and dominating the match. they get a corner and udinese literally sends 9 players into the milan penalty box. of course milan counter attacks and scores. i am convinced some of the udinese players fixed that match too
