There's no way you want to keep Muntari?
I doubt Muntari was ever a starting material if Milan wants to go back to winning in Europe. He is OK, I wouldn't mind keeping him but should have better players as starters than him. Don't blame him for the loss tonight, though, as that had more to do with the team being tired, lacking motivation, being mentally ready for the game and losing shape in the 2nd half, as well as some questionable tactical decisions by Allegri than the performance of any single player.
If anything, Muntari has done very well so far, except for tonight but again, this was a crazy game in many ways.
I think there are bigger questions Milan needs to answer this summer and they have to do with whether Allegri is the right man for the job - he is still young and Milan has had an utterly ridiculous season in terms of injuries, and has had to work with less than stellar material to begin with, but has made a number of risky calls this year which have not panned out ... and altogether has taken a step back instead of continuing to build onto what he achieved last year.
