Inter just lost to Chievo in a friendly, Final score is 2-3 with it being 1-3 till 94th min when Pazzini scored. Inter's defense looked dazed and confused with the rest of the team not that much better ;).
know it's just a friendly but considering the league was supposed to start today, quite possibly also a sign of things to come.

Poli completes Inter loan
As expected, Inter have announced the loan capture of Italian Under-21 international Andrea Poli.

It emerged over the weekend that the Sampdoria midfielder was on his way and the move has been completed on Monday.

The 22-year-old will spend the next 12 months with the Nerazzurri, at the end of which the club will have the option to buy him outright.

Poli has penned a five-year deal with Inter which will become effective should the giants decide to keep him in 2012.

I wish Inter buy Gastaldello too and take the wrong route of buying mediocre Italian players.

Poli will achieve nothing in Inter and I hope he plays as much possible.

I can believe that - Poli's career is likely to take a turn for the worse at Inter, just like Pirlo's
Just that Poli would have been the same no matter where he went. At 21 Pirlo has already won the u21 EC, being the MVP of the tournament and the top scorer. When he was Poli's age he already had the bad Inter episode behind him and signed for Milan.
Poli was a fucking bench player in a relegated team.

Likely true, although I think Poli has quite a bit of potential but then again, so do many players who end up doing nothing with it. Either way, going to Inter is just about one of the worst choices a young player, looking to develop his potential, could make these days.

As for him being a bench player at Samp, I am not sure I'd use the choices of a relegated team/coach to prove a point :)

How's Poli going to get a game at Inter anyway?

If they are just playing two central midfielders, I can't see him getting in ahead of Cambiasso, Stankovic or Motta.

well, if he waits long enough, Dejan and Motta are bound to get injured, and then all he needs is Sneijder, if not injured himself, Zanetti, Kucka (as it seems), and Alvarez to get rested for a CL game or something ... then again, there is always the odd chance for one of the above to be suspended.

Either way, Inter is hardly known for knowing how to handle young talents, if anything - they are masters at killing those - they had a couple of talented youngsters, Santon and Coutinho, recently and f-ed them both up.
