If small teams put more than their capacity against us then we should do the same against them and win. There is no excuse and this theory that small teams play like barca against us is total bullshit, we make them look like barca is a more accurate description.
and thats the point! we allow those teams to look like barca against us... that has nothing to do with them being afraid of milan or inter.... they just know how to close down these sides.... we on the other hand sit back and wait to concede.... we hardly put pressure on them after we are leading... if we would have put the same pressure on genoa like we did against parma we would have finished them off... but instead we were so afraid of conceding the 2nd.... it was written all over it that we will draw this one.

He is considered extremely overrated on this forum, I always thought he was a player who can make a difference.

I laugh at those who laughed at Roma's mercato. How many weeks until they climb above us in the table?
He is truly a beast. He can shoot, dribble, and runs all over the pitch. He is like Pepe, but with a wicked shot, a footballing brain, and basically better in every department.

Lamela scored a beauty today as well. If Lamela and Pjanic deliver, Roma are going to be very dangerous in the 2'nd round of the championship.

i think we can finish above them.... but they have a really good foundation..... 1-2 mercatos more and they could challange everyone

The problem is we throw away points. 4 draws = 8 points lost. We have only won 3 of our 7 games thus far. Our record is not that of a championship winning team. We have accumulated 13 points out of a possible 21, not a tragedy, but not that great either. Our only saving grace has been the inconsistency of the other teams. However, once they all get fucked in Europe, watch them gain points, as they have more experience and better squads than we do. Let's hope by then, we have a sizable points cushion, otherwise it's deja vu again.

It's all up to us, if we keep on playing like we did last night then many other teams will finish above us, Roma being one of them.

I like it too. They got so many young and very talented players, so much potential there. Somehow its wrong to say that another team did better than us on this forum.

And Bojan was so good when he came on. Balzaretti didn't know what to do with him.

Not only that, but for years to come. Lamela is 19, Pjanic is 21 and don't forget 22 year old Angel who in no time will be one of the best fullbacks in Europe.

They will build this team with young players ready to explode, piece by piece. I wouldn't be surprised if they ended up getting Gregory van der Wiel.

I don't know which player from our team will know what to do with him.

Yeah I also heard Bojan was a beast when he came on.

Btw Angel is already the best LB in Serie A, he was a steal for 4mln euros :sergio: And we can't find a LB...

I wish we could look for great and young talents in other foreign markets. I would love to see us active in the French market. So much talent there for a good price just waiting to move to one of the bigger leagues.

Hell, you can even find promising players in the dutch market.
The dutch market is a bit more complicated. Players over there tend to have bigger problems in the bigger leagues for some reason. Maybe its because they play man-to-man marking over there.
