Mazzarri is not anything special IMO, he has great players at his disposal. Pretty sure he'd suck at most of the clubs, I don't rate him, despite his results.

I think he is lucky to have a team that best fits hits system and style of play. On top of that they have completely bought into his ideas...its just a great fit, kind of like mourinho and inter IMO (not at the same level, just harmony btw the coach and players)
