I know it's fun to laugh at Roma and all that, but it's a long term project they're after with purchasing such young players, so it's obviously not going to be effective straight away. Pjanic and Lamela have serious potential to be quite big and influential.

You think they'll have the patience to put up with results like these? This has the makings of a Secco project :D

The fans won't have the patience (I suppose they're used to starting off shit in the league), but the owners will (if they aren't getting relegated in Christmas). It's not as if they have a bad team either, they can look quite good on paper. A clusterfuck of new signings from all over the world as well as a completely new footballing style can do this to a team.

What a disaster debut for Jose Angel :D

He was quite good before the goal and the red card though. Totti was amazing in the second half.
It wasn't a red card, though. I still think he's a great buy, he's gonna be best LB this season.

Anyway, I didn't even expect them to be in top 3 but considering how many players they bought they did good. They even had to play Rosi while Perotta is nothing but a shit player. They will get better when they have Lamela fit and Gago instead of the Italian choker.

Udinese got a star in Torje. I watched him while I was in Romania and the boy has great potential. I didn't watch Udinese's match today, but Football Italia says some nice words in the match report:
"A star is born as Gabriel Torje, the Romanian Leo Messi, made a wonderful Serie A debut in Udinese's 2-0 victory at the Stadio Via del Mare."
