Actually Rossetti was pretty much favouring Napoli in the first half at least.

Also how was that Lavezzi yellow undeserved? Maxwell nudged Lavezzi's shoulder outside the box with Lavezzi falling 10 seconds later in the box.
It was a clear push. He fell after he lost his balance which was very normal. Just because you don't fall at the same second doesn't mean you're diving.

Just because their core players aren't good enough. You can't question Prandelli's winner mentality.
Cesare Prandelli insists he is “optimistic” despite Fiorentina’s latest setback at the Stadio Olimpico.

It has been a bad week for the Viola, who were eliminated from the Champions League midweek and this afternoon lost 1-0 away to Roma.

“Both teams took on the challenge and we return home much more optimistic than after other away games.

“After this performance, there is nothing that worries me. Perhaps I was a little more concerned before, but not now.

“I saw a match played by two sides who wanted to win and take the initiative. If we can give consistency to this type of performance, then we can start winning on our travels.”

Francesco Totti’s goal proved decisive, but both teams had dozens of chances in the exciting encounter.

“We took the right attitude and can see Fiorentina have real margin for improvement. Roma recovered from their crisis because they went looking for the opportunities and also had a bit of luck.

“At the moment things aren’t going our way, but we have to keep pushing and this performance can keep our confidence up.”

Alberto Gilardino suffered a cut to the ankle, but Prandelli assured it was “probably nothing serious.”

is this the winner mentality you are talking about?

Yes, exactly about this winner mentality of this inexperienced especially in european cups coach that about 80% of members here put up to prove he would have been an improvement over Ranieri and will surely win us scudetto and CL pronto.
I remember in an interview of Conte, he said to become the coach of Juve was his dream, but if he cant help Bari to get to the Serie A in 2 years, then he will quit, because that just proves that he would never be that good for Juve.

Thats the winner mentality to me

most of coaches wouldnt say "we are doomed" but the samething as Prandelli said today after the defeat, they always said we could do better next time, but the difference between the winner and the loser is the winner wont say the same thing week after week and apparently Prandelli is not the case

:lol2: The core players thing wipes the floor with the fantastic transfer campaign and the fabulous coach.
Everybody knows that even ten straight fantastic transfer campaigns won't erase Viola's problematic core players factor. In addition, Prandelli soon will leave them to replace Ranieri as Juventus coach and bring us CL glory.

If only his Juve manage to score againt Glasgow Rangers in the two-match semi-final of course.

How can you tell? I don't use smilies either when I'm sarcastic and you were able to tell.
Because I dont think either Viola had a fantastic transfer campaign nor Prandelli is a genius coach, and the most important, Almiron is a player below average no matter who is his coach

as he said 80% of the people here hold a different mind, how can I tell

I wonder why is Fiorentina losing. The had a fantastic transfer campaign and they are managed by a genius coach. They even took Almiron from us and Prandelli is the right man to make the best out of him. Weird, really really weird.
Lets not forget he was the one that made them become the team that they are now, a top 5 team for 3 straight years. You don't expect him to win the Scudetto, do you?

That's right. A grand total of zero titles under his belt makes it close to impossible to make a case againt him.
Its not like he's managing Ac Milan, is it?

He's a genius without any doubt and his record is second to none.
