If there was something , it should have been a foul from outside the box .

Yup. The only thing that happened inside the box was Kaka falling without being touched at all.
If there was a contact it happened when both Bentevoglio and Kaka were outside the box. But even that contact wasn't a foul. All the Italian experts who commented this PK, apart from Altobelli who's commenting for some Arab tv station, said the exact same thing. I'm pretty sure that the ref and the other experts on Domenica Sportiva will say the same thing.

My first impression was that there was clear contact while Kaka was running into the area; his shirt was obvously being tugged. I don't think it was a dive. However, I've seen many simmilar plays where a player got his shirt tugged overlooked by referees in the past and it was harsh to give a penalty agianst Chievo for that.

This is just ridiculous , that was a very clear penalty for Atalanta .

but the refree didin't do anything about it , and Napoli's penalty wasn't that clear , the one which Napoli scored the 1-1 from .
