Look at Milan and Inter. They're much more like us and they buy only proven quality. (not comparing the quality of the players they bought and we bought, but it's a fact that they also don't buy talents like Zarate or Lavezzi).
It's always been like that. The big teams buy the final product and they know what to expect from the player they bought. Unlike Napoli, we need results right here right now and we can't take as many risks as they do.

Not that i like this, but that's how big clubs function.
