They are a bunch of divers, classless maggots. How can anyone root for them for any reason whatsoever is something I will never ever be able to grasp.

Cannavaro in sandwich between two players and according to the ref he's the one who fouled.
It would have been a clear penalty if a Milan player felt like that between two Napoli players.

Really, this is pathetic, i can't watch this anymore.

FUCK all those who respect our rivals Milan and especually FUCK ALL OF YOU who celebrated Milan's CL win in 2007.
Which bring back memories of that Champion league '07 thread, there were posts from people justifying the cause why is good if Milan win the CL.

To be honest I'm not at all worried about Milan being favored. Even with every call their way Juventus can still destroy them. Milan will NOT win the Scudetto this season they will be struggling fighting for a place in the C.L.. The only thing they might win is the UEFA cup.
:D you're optimistic. It's clear that this season is a fight between milan and inter. Anyways fuck both of them.....

Jack, you know better than the rest of us, since you're a referee.....

Was Milan's goal offside ?

When Ronaldinho took the free kick Inzaghi was offside and it was a clear offside position. Now, Inzaghi didn't touch the ball and he wasn't close to Denis when the goal was scored, but isn't the linesman supposed to call it offside since there was no way to know where will the cross go ?

By the way, from what I watched tonight Napoli are much more better than Milan. They played with 10 men a complete half yet they didn't deserve to lose. If you ask me I'd say they will fight for the Scudetto (and not merely for a CL spot) up to the end of the season.

They won't last long in the Scudetto race if Hamsik and Santacroce are seriously injured...

Yup, they're great.
And have in mind that when the pressure was huge, they had to defend without Santacroce (injured by Dinho) and they couldn't play counters since Lavezzi was on his own. It would have been different if Zambrotta didn't try to kill Hamsik.

no they wait until he touch the ball though he didn't do it and he didn't blocked the view of the goalkeeper so it was no offside

It wasn't offside IMO. Inzaghi didn't involve with that goal. The linesman is supposed to wait and see which players are involved in an incident. If he had flagged for this goal, that would be a wrong decision.

I wouldn't go that far...if Hamsik or especially Lavezzi go off form, there is no-one else in the Napoli team that can create a goal

I'm actually quite happy that Milan won, anything that stops Mourinho from winning the league is ok with me.

btw, who else thinks Kaka is utter crap this season?? He rarely ever has a good game anymore.

In the recent past this would have surely been an offside. But i'm asking since i'm not familiar with the new interpretation of the offside rule.

he was the liveliest in the last 20 minutes, but overall in the game he wasnt as dominant as a player of his stature should be. He loses the ball way too much times for my liking.

Kaka just hasn't had the best of relationships with Father Dooley lately.

they changed it alot in the last time... i remember when they first got the idea to wait until a player gets the ball to call him offside... some situations were so clear but they still let the striker ran und then called him offside :D

I ask in general; Was that incident a penalty? I think it was. Maggio's red card was deserved too.
I'm not so sure about this.
The second yellow was absolutely deserved but the first one wasn't if we judge from the way the ref threated the other similar fouls.

Maggio fouls Kaka, Kaka passes the ball before the foul, he falls and immediately stands up, the ref says play on. The action is going on for 10-15 more seconds and only then the ref gives a yellow to Maggio.

Gattuso alone made at least 5 fouls like that, even worse. If those weren't yellow's then Maggio's certainly wasn't.
Kaka's foul on the line was much tougher and it was much more a yellow card (it would've been Kaka's second yellow) than Maggio's first yellow.

I'm not sure about Hamsik but I don't think Santacroce is seriously injured. Did you notice that he even didn't want to be subbed? :D

@ Alen; You're being too cruel about Zambrotta :D His tackle on Hamsik wasn't that harsh and I don't think he intentionally made Marek injured. Same applies for Ronaldinho. Napoli were just too unlucky at those incidents.

he was running the Milan show in the 1st half as well...disappeared for most of the 2nd half but again, had a shot hit that the post and one off a deflection that could have gone in
