Juve Have Small Chance Of Scudetto – Zoff & Furino

Juventus legends Dino Zoff and Giuseppe Furino believe that their former side are still in with a slight chance of winning this season’s Scudetto.

With 15 games left, the Bianconeri are sitting in third place in the table, however they are 12 points adrift of runaway leaders Inter.
The Nerazzurri have a simply incredible record of 18 wins and five draws from their 23 games, and had been looking unstoppable.
However their performances have been less impressive since the turn of the year, and on Tuesday night they suffered their first defeat in all competitions for five months when they lost 2-0 at Liverpool in their Champions League last 16 first leg tie.

"Liverpool demonstrated that the Nerazzurri are not unbeatable,” Zoff and Furino said in an interview with Leggo.

“It is unlikely that they can continue at this insane rate.

“Juve must give everything they have got, but there is a hope. It is only small but it is there.”

Former goalkeeper Zoff is most famous for captaining Italy to the 1982 World Cup at the age of 40 but he also wore the Juventus shirt from 1972 to 1983.

Furino was captain of the Bianconeri for over a decade during 15 years in Turin, and holds the record for the most Scudetti won by a single player; eight.

I think Inter could be up for a screwup.It depends on the Sampdoria match.If Sampdoria can pull out a victory,an Inter slide could well be on the cards..kinda like a chain reaction.But even if that happens,lets not forget that we have Ranieri.Had Lippi or even Capello been incharge,i wouldve had hope,but with Ranieri its a different story.

If Cassano beats Inter,i vow to get a Cassano tatoo on my butt.No,i dont have one already.

Ibra & Matrix Not Speaking – Report
Inter Milan pair Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Marco Materazzi are no longer on speaking terms, according to the Gazzetta dello Sport.

Materazzi was sent off after just half-an-hour of Inter’s Champions League last 16 first leg tie at Liverpool on Tuesday night, a game that would finish 2-0 to the English-outfit.

After the game Ibrahimovic appeared to blame the Italian defender for the defeat when a journalist shouted at him, “What happened?”, to which the Swede angrily replied, “Why don’t you go and ask Materazzi what happened?”

Ibrahimovic has tried to insist that he hasn’t fallen out with his team-mate and that he wasn’t blaming Materazzi.

"My sentence about Materazzi was one only based on fact - that the incident [his dismissal] had influenced all concerned,” the striker stated.

"So, then it was right to ask him whether his sending off was the right decision or not."

Nevertheless despite these comments, the Gazzetta says that the pair have certainly fallen out.

Both players were at a media function in London yesterday and refused to speak to each other. This caused tension among the rest of the Inter squad, and was a cause for embarrassment for everyone present.

This is the first time i'm saying it this season, because it's the first time i mean it : Inter will lose the next match.
And it won't stop there because they'll also lose points on Wednesday against Roma.

Ronaldo will be welcome most.Id personally put a firecracker in his pants and say that Cassano do it.Then id have fun watching Cassano beat him back to the stone age up as Ronaldo tries to argue with him.

Free Beers for anyone who promises to break Ronaldo's legs when Cassano's done with him.
