Ferrara Slams Moratti Cheat Jibes: Show Us The Evidence

Former Juventus hero Ciro Ferrara has told Inter President Massimo Moratti that he has not “learned how to win” and has challenged him to prove that the 2002 Scudetto was won unfairly.

Moratti launched a furious attack on Juventus on Sunday, saying that Inter would have won the league in 2002 had they not been cheated.

The President was referring to the events of May 5, 2002, when Inter just needed to win their last game of the season away at Lazio to finally win their first Scudetto since 1989.

Despite twice leading, the team buckled in the second-half, losing 4-2 and handing the championship to Juventus, who won 2-0 at Udinese.

"Without that crew of crooks we would have won the championship in 2001/02," said Moratti on Sunday, in clear reference to the former Juventus Triade of Luciano Moggi, Antonio Giraudo and Roberto Bettega.

Ferrara, who was part of the Juventus team who won the Scudetto that day, has hit back at Moratti’s jibes.

"Moratti, having learned how to lose, has not yet been able to learn how to win,” said Ferrara.

“The Inter president has raised many doubts about our team who won in 2002 in Udine. I say only this: if you have evidence of the 'crew of crooks’ show us it, otherwise don’t say anything.”

Ferrara went on to say that Juventus won the Scudetto fair and square, and that even the Inter players had since admitted to him that they blew their chance.

"This history of the Scudetto in Udine is an old story, but all of the Inter players know very well what happened,” the Neapolitan stated.

“They know so well that even in private I have often spoken about it with them without any problems. That Scudetto we sweated for on the pitch, and Inter lost it as you all know."
Idiot President .

btw , Happy Chinese New Year for all who celebrates it

Kaka will play Fred (unless he gets injured by then). If you read the article you'll see that he's not injured but he has a chronic problem with his knee and in order to heal it he'll need a 4 months rest.
He's been having this problem for a while now and he's still playing. He'll probably take a rest from June-September and miss the start of the new season.

According to Galliani both Gattuso and Pato will be ready for the first leg against Arsenal and Ronaldo will surely be ready until then.
Yeah thanks for the great news, made my day:rolleyes:

so if we win another 3 titles, it will still be 29 for you? :D
You could be an annoying pain in the arse sometimes, you know that, dont you?:D
