Chivu: Ibra Is A Beast

Inter star Christian Chivu has heaped praise on Zlatan Ibrahimovic and believes the Swede is almost impossible to defend against.

Chivu signed for Inter in the summer after a farcical transfer soap opera including former club Roma. The Romanian has been re-united with his ex-Ajax team-mate Ibrahimovic and is in no doubt as to the quality of the striker.

“He's one of the greatest strikers in the world,” said Chivu. “In every game he shows he's number one and I'm pleased to be on his side, especially at this moment.

“I'm happy to see him relaxed and with the desire to work every day to become one of the best players of all.

“Ibra is decisive for Inter at the moment, but he's also important for Italian football because it's always nice to have a great champion playing in your country and in your championship.

“Physically a defender can never put himself on the same level as Ibra because he's a beast.

“He can win the Golden Ball because he has won the championship in Italy and he's proving decisive at the moment.

“But other players are favourites either because they won the Champions League or for other reasons. Ibra has started well, he will have a great season and he can win it next year if he doesn't win it this time."

Ooh, Napoli were unlucky
They deserved to be 4:0 down in the first half only. They scored from their only chance, Inter scored two goals and missed 3 chances that mustn't have been missed and Inter had complete controle of the match.
So how were Napoli unlucky ?
-----------------
I was watching Ibra again and i was cursing fucking Calciopoli. How can every single touch of his seem like a magic ? He developed into the best forward in the world and he's making everybody else in Inter at least 50% better than they are.
First it was Henry then Zlatan. This hurts :(
