This president is a joke. He should quit, he's only causing chaos. He should not have fired Guidolin in the first place. But he did, so he should not have got him back. He screws his authority this way by saying "I made a mistake". What a dumbass!
I agree but I also think Guidolin shouldn't have accepted to come back as well ! :smoke:

Shows what you know..

Zamparini may be a little nuts, but Palermo have none other to thank than Zamparini for the position they are in. When they were in Serie c, Zamparini was the one who invested time and money to get Italy's 5th(or something like that) biggest city into Serie A and make them as competitve as they are now. His vision brought them glory.

Besides Zamparini's excentricity is really amusing. From his hiring, re-hiring, firing and re-firing of Guidolin to him threatening to quit every second week :D.

Guidolin definitely is the reason behind Palermo's success, you can't fuckin do that mistake twice Zamperini :disagree:

With Guidolin they challenged for CL spot twice, we saw how did they do when Guidolin left to Monaco :disagree:

:agree: Once Amauri got injured, Palermo went downhill, and they still dont have a distinguished goal scorer. What can Guidolin do if his strikers don't perform? Re-hiring him was a good move.

No Snoop, Zamparini is the reason behind Palermo's succes. Of course his treatment of Guidolin is idiotic, but Palermo would be still in C if it wasn't for Zamparini.

They went downhill since the catania incident.

Zamparini Invested money and with that he brought palermo to Serie A, that's not a big deal, without Guidolin, Palermo couldn't do all these.. Guidolin definitely takes credit for it, it's not only about the money.

Not a big deal ?! Are you serious?

Guidolin deserves praise for his coaching, but dismissing Zamparini's hand in Palermo's rise is as crazy as Zamparini himself.

I am not dismissing his financial power, but it's not the only reason like you claimed..

without Guidolin, they wouldn't have this success.. Remember Guidolin's success also with Bologna and Udinese, he made Udinese 3rd if you were following Serie A few years back.

Not to mention stating he will fire Guidolin "today" and still have him as manager a week later. :D Personally I love the guy and you're right when you say Palermo owe very much to Zamparini.
