Yep, the plexiglas barrier wasn't dismantled by the supporters, but by the wind. The supporters were trying to mend it, hoping the match wasn't going to be suspended.
There was so much wind that in freekicks there had to be a player keeping the ball in its position with his foot, in order not to let it slip away before his teammate had the chance to shoot it. Quite an entertaining match
