I'm not the BG. I was randomly saved by the BG on day 1. I was probably investigated on day 1 and that's how I explain why the D doesn't contact me. In that case the Gs also know I'm not the BG and they thought Janna was the only crazy one who'd protect me.
Well, even if the above isn't true, at least the BG knows I'm not the BG and the fucker is likely in contact with the D. If he isn't, he should go public and reveal himself. There is no point playing this behind closed doors, especially since I believe that Zach is the BG, despite him denying this.

I think you guys are over thinking this one, the lawyer was most probably recruited. If he is a C I don't see any reason to give the G's any more tips on how to narrow that list down, even though it wont be a big lose if he does gets whacked as Alen said. He almost deserves it imo.
A good point, I would just exclude Kyle from the list of possible recutiers. He wouldn't have made that vote the first day if he was. It's very possible either Kate or X are the recruiter in case they are indeed G's. X being slightly more likely imo, just an hunch

Possible, but smaaaalll chance. Noone recruits just like that. Even four Jannas won't do that. The lawyer most likely isn't recruited. If he was, it's only if the recruiter was risking the lynch.

Even if it's really what happened there is still good chance the lawyer was a G all the same. the PM to Ford was done in the last few minutes regardless if the lawyer was recruited or not, I guess you guys have raised that option already

As you are saying even if he isn't the BG he is most probably the D, now way he is a normal C and the G's know it. He should claim, would just add that only if he actually has something to say or in the unlikely situation of not knowing the D.
Not sure that giving out the investigation list is a good move, it might help the G's figure the D, you know you would have used it
