If this systematic killing of Palestinians was more efficient, then it would be easier to spot, and perhaps stopped.
If we take this matter as a systematic killing of a people, and hence a genocide, then perhaps it could be stopped.
If we take this matter as a just mistakes as Israel claims, then it continues.
It's really this simple in my view. It reminds me of how people in the media denied that we were in a recession for months even though we were in one for months, thus making the problems worse as people kept buying stocks and CDO's, losing more money in the long run. Israel, strangely enough, are like the bankers selling their bogus collateralized debt obligations to people despite the fact they're nothing more than exploding bonds worth nothing. As they sell these packages of lies, bombs are dropped on innocent people who can see through lies, and once the bonds explode, the truth of what happened is hidden through claiming "it was an accident, we are sorry for the losses."
The similarities are uncanny.
