Mauricio Isla has expressed his happiness at coming through 90 minutes in the Primavera’s 3-0 victory over Pro Vercelli.
The 24-year-old, who joined Kwadwo Asamoah in swapping the black and white stripes of Udinese for those of Juventus, believes the test represents a significant step of his rehabilitation process.
Speaking to Juventus.com after the final whistle, Isla said: “I’m happy about my first proper run-out after spending many months on the sidelines. It went well, I managed to get through the full 90 minutes, in spite of the intense afternoon heat. Now I must continue to work in order to improve my condition.”
