We are beyond atrocious. Terrible players, terrible manger, terrible tactics and terrible approach to the game.
Thank fuck for Tim Cahill and Brett Holman, saving our asses once again, the younger players who got their chance were all disappointing tonight. Thank fuck we didnt lose, I guess.
We don't deserve to qualify for Brazil, and if we do, we are going to get arse-reamed beyond belief.
I don't know why the FFA can't find a decent coach. Holger is playing a shitty 4-4-2 with 0 zero creativity. He started the match with two defensive midfielders at home
Cahill is a superstar, we are lucky to have him.

Austrialia usually is actually quite decent vs Japan (and other bigger opponents). Though it's in Japan so I wouldn't hope for more than a point.

We'll probably jag a cheap 0-0 or 1-1 draw there, as Interdestroyer said we usually play ok against Japan, it's the game at home against Iraq that worries me.
Yeah, after the disaster that was the Pim Verbeek regime, we now have a similar old-school, boring, defensive minded manager in Holger Osieck. I can't wait until he's given the flick next year, honestly, if we can't get a semi decent big name O/S coach, I hope we go with Ange Postecoglou. At least he'd give the youth a proper chance, play a modern 4-3-3 (Hai Hustina) and most importunely let us play to our strengths.

Ange would definitely be a good choice. At least he would try to positively build a new style of play, not just throw youth players into the fray and keep the same shitty playing style.
