Estonia and Ireland are two bad teams. Estonia's tactics of shooting from 40 yards out and getting themselves sent off made it so easy for Ireland.

I thought Bosnia would win tonight. It'll be tougher for them in Portugal, but I still think they could do it.

I really like Montenegro, but I think they're out.

I surprised by Croatia winning so comfortably in front of a Turkish crowd. Impressive stuff by them.

I was too excited yesterday to notice these things but now after watching the highlights I can conclude that the Turkish defense is awful and Hiddink didn't really help the Turks. The defending for all three goals was a catastrophe, especially for the last two goals.

Well.. Ireland was obviously a better side and a defeat was probably inevitable, but that doesn't explain Kassai making it even worse for us by handing out yellow cards after every foul estonians committed, especially a very weak second yellow for Piiroja, who was actually pushed by Keane, but that's not the only example. Now we're fucked for the second leg with our 2 main central defenders out (agree with the dismissal of Stepanov, even though his first yellow was too easily given after a dive by McGeady, second could have been a straight red), goalkeeper out who got a yellow card for arguing the doubtful penalty decision and is suspended (why give a yellow card for him, as if he was the only one complaining). Seems like Irish were compensated for the play-off game against France 2 years ago.

disappointed.
