Yes, Bosnia. It's not just about the game on the stadium, its about the general atmosphere which would be in the country, there would be a us agaisnt them attitude (federation vs republika srpska) and in the cities where both serbs and muslims live there would definitely be conflicts. There are always troubles between muslims and croats in Mostar for example when we play against eachother, and even a lot of problems in the domestic league. So it's better to avoid the option all together if possible. I just hope we dont get Croatia.
From my understanding and experience from the time I've spent in Bosnia (Believe it or not, my mothers family actually stayed in Sarajevo for some weird reason) that tension is present every day regardless of a football match. Just as Siroki Brijeg flags around with King Tomislav and ustasi symbols, the Serbian teams have cetnik leaders on their banners. I got threatened for wearing a brojanica in Sarajevo - so I don't really think a football match will upset that balance too much.

I agree with the formation and all the players in it bar one. Stankovic instead of Petrovic. If you say anyone played good in our team today, Stankovic did. Puts in a solid performance every time, runs and never gives up. He was pretty calm today, but he is played in the wrong way. He's no regista, he was a box to box player - now he should just stick with the defensive duties which he can still execute quite well.

edit: How do you feel about Kacar? I think he definitely deserves a chance to play. Was quite good under Antic.
Whatever. I don't rate Stankovic since 2 years now, he's pathetic. His play is too simple, he just passes to the guy next to him. What you call calmness I call laziness and old age players. I think he's pathetic, and he was always pathetic while playing for Serbia.

Kacar is a very useful player and I'd surely have him in the rotation at least. I have no idea why is he being ignored... but it's even worse with Ljajic and Sulejmani.

Yeah lets put the Stankovic thingy aside. Atleast we can agree that the coach is a fucking idiot :D

When did you get threatened? What year was that, because people from Serbia now regularly come, talk ekavica, people have crosses around their necks and generally there are no problems (although there are always some idiots).

And I agree that it is always like that, but the game will only make it worse, especially when one team loses. So I'm happy that the chance for that was smaller, although in a best case scenario I wish all the ex-Yu teams could have qualified.

Last summer. And the situation in Sarajevo is far from stable, the 90-93 generations are waaaaaaay more radical than those before them.

How can you guys see that it's not on the line? If it's on the line it's a penalty. It seemed on the line or slightly inside the box when I watched the match. From the picture I find it impossible to see if the foul is on the line.

The Bosnian defender already has his leg through and is tripping Nasri there. The left foot is planted before the line, and it's obvious that he falls without moving that forward - which makes it a foul outside the box. Thats my perspective anyways.

I'm sorry, I hope you didnt have too many problems. Like I said, there are idiots everywhere. And I agree about the new generations, they live in a system which has distorted values, all the good vlaues of before are gone, they have some other role models. Its a very unhealthy society, a reason why I dont want to return to Bosnia if I dont have to.

I agree, it was very difficult, especially as he didnt begin falling until he made another step. I dont hold it against the ref too much, I'm happy with the game, we did what we could and cpmpletely destroyed France in the first half.

Tell it to Pizon the cretin. :p
I dont know why, but Serbia is a joke when it comes to football. I'm sorry, although I like pretty much every Serbian and Bosnian player, they fuck it up. Serbia caused the most idiotic PK on the world cup against Ghana. Then won against the best team in that tournament, Germany. Only to lose to freaking Australia.

After that I had given up on Serbia.
