Nope bro. Insigne keeps the ball better than Chiesa, and has very good crosses. Chiesa is good for later in the game when Italy is counter attacking. Some fans are making like there is some anti-juve agenda by Mancini.
By the same logic that is supposed to also be Berrardi’s role... it has nothing to do with any agenda, Insigne is currently the more experienced player and a more established face in the national team so rightfully so gets the benefit of the doubt from the coach.

Chiesa is still growing and can only get better from here on, sooner or later he will take Insigne’s or Berrardi’s spot and make it his without ever looking back.

And while prior to this year Insigne > Chiesa, this past year Chiesa > Insigne and it wasn’t that close.

Yeah, Chiesa definitely needs to come on soon, doesn’t matter in who’s place at this point, his directness will sure come in handy when breaking this Austria team.
