Highly debatable. Fullbacks are mediocre, so is their attack - and that's from the starters. How good can your depth be if your starters are the likes of Berna and Emerson.

Germany still has the better squad. The front three of Sane/Gnabry/Werner alone shit all over italy in terms of talent. Biggest problem is the ass sniffing idiot they have for a coach. France too is vastly more talented than Italy.

That's not to say Italy is bad, they are on a good way, but let's not exaggerate.
Italy and France can go 30 deep. Nobody else can atm. That’s all I’m saying. Both can dress their second team and beat anyone
Shall we start writing out rosters? I’ve done it multiple times with folks who cheer for England and Germany. Always ends up at the same conclusion,Italy and France are ahead of the pack. At the moment of course, these things can change.

I agree on France, when it comes to Italy, I can only guess you have a lot of italian friends. That's coming from a through and through Italian NT supporter.

I see them rather strong and they could very well turn into a dark horse, but imo they aren't among the other big teams in terms of depth and talent. That's mostly down to their average attack and even worse attacking depth.

You sound like the English media. Are you talking about CF? Germany doesn’t look all that great especially considering their history against Italy. France I agree and Spain ,Really? I’ll take Italy starting 11 and 30 plus roster . We agree to disagree? Only time will tell
If anything I would throw in Portugal ahead of Spain atm

France, Germany, Spain.

The Attack is what let's italy down big time.
:shifty: :klin: :b81:

You can't ignore the other bigs, namely Portugal, Holland, Belgium and even the Britbongs. They're not traditional bigs, but they can definitely have a say.

Italy's attack is garbage atm - we can definitely agree on that. Also, as long as Turdeski continues to get minutes, Italy are a danger to themselves.

While the attack does let us down clearly. Looking at the rest of the teams only France has clearly a more talented squad. The rest have at least as many gaps as Italy.

Who are Spain's attackers? Torres, Rodrigo, Asensio, Fati, Morata... only our boy in his current form makes that shine. Fati is too young still and the rest are nothing special, or even Spain's own Bernardeschi in Asensio.

They also have Ramos carrying that backline. Without Ramos its ordinary.

They've lost to Ukraine, drawn Netherlands, Sweden, and a 10-man Switzerland. Their results don't intimidate too much except for this 6-0.

Germany has the players but their team (Low?) Doesn't seem to be working at the moment.

It looks like the final 4 of the nations league will be France, Spain, Italy, Belgium. Great group and a good pre-euro warm up.

Short translation from Löw interview:

"Not my fault."

Fucker is glued to his seat. No way he's ever gonna leave on his own.
I'm actually quite curious how the public opinion in Germany is about Low?

He's had some highs but also had some very steep lows. You'd think with all ze German coaching talent we would had seen a replacement after the previous WC

Don’t get me wrong Germany deserves the beating but it just looks highly strange, especially with no shots on target over 90 mins with that front attack
If it was Italy who produced that result the media would be like scavenger’s eating them alive. I have lots of respect for German football. Just trying to make a point...

Why replace him,he has shown the ability to get big results, the fickle nature of sports/political media has such a negative affect on the general/brain dead public . It’s embarrassing. (I feel so embarrassed for humanity at the moment)Just watch the games with the volume off and I will guarantee you come away with a different perspective

Watching Brazil - Uruguay because of Bentancur and Arthur but damn It’s like the ball is their enemy. Just endless side passing.
The South American clubs have dropped off the last 10 plus years. Europe absolutely dominates football at the moment, economics...

1. They ARE eating them alive.

2. What? His time is up and has been since 2018. It's been a downward spiral for far too long. Nothing at all to do with fans being fickle. They had to watch it far too long. If anything they have been patient, not fickle. But this is going nowhere with Löw.
