Were those fans supporting their team, or trying to get the game called off like the Serbs did tonight (as some here have suggested)?
Dude, in 9/10 cases their only intention is to create trouble. Nothing more. Many of them aren't even following football.
It was a massive problem in Croatia. Slowly we're getting rid of the most problematic people, but it's still a problem, as it is in Serbia or Bosnia.

Let's be honest- give the points to Italy and ban their fans from all games until the competition is over, play all home game in a nutral country- not many would shed a tear.
But that won't solve anything. As Alen said, these guys causing trouble probably don't even care about football. They will simply try to cause more problems as they've gotten a response.

It's not illegal in italy, but the fans tonight only goal, was to cancel the match. The only way to prevent what we saw is not allowing these people out of their country.
Whats not illegal to start throwing flares at people? :lol2: have you ever visited an Italian ground? they state not to bring those in the Stadiums.

So you can no longer leave your country because you might have caused some trouble at a football match?

From a personal freedom perspective, that is absolute rubbish. Do you enjoy living in fascist police states?
