Yes it's Simon collinet's fault Vlahovic was injured playing a match during international duty, it's his fault Mckennie also was injured on international duty, also his fault Cabal did his acl whilst training with Colombia on the same day he flew there, it's also his fault he can't recover players from ACL injuries in a 3 week period. Damn what a sucky athletic trainer! Real shame we kept on running against RB Leipzig with 10 men and a goal down to win, and look like they can run most games till the end unlike after 15 mins under Allegri.
Agree on the ACL side, but at Bologna between 22-24 Collinets players mostly suffered from muscle and knee injuries.

He prepares the players physically over the course of the season so yes, he has an influence on injuries over the course of the season not only when he's in the stadium, pal. Try harder.

I did not point a finger at him as being the cause of it obviously but you said he didn't have anything to do with it while everyone in the physical preparation team does so ofc...

Yes somehow there is strong correlation of Simon Collinet and someone injured whilst either playing or training on international duties, why aren't we blaming the trainers of the international sides? nah that would be too fucking easy wouldn't it?

Players don't get fit on international duty. They are expected to show up In good condition.

They are usually only there for a short period of time so It's up to the clubs and the players themselves to be in good shape.

If a player gets injured on international duty it's usually either because of bad luck or not being in good enough shape due to fatigue from playing too much or being in bad shape due to poor training / conditioning at their club.

We never had this many injuries until Allegri took over the first time. I remember watching games where the only time someone would miss a match was when Nedved got suspended. Allegri literally cursed this club, he’s like the RFK Jr. of world football.

Again I disagree, take Cabal's case, he was injured during training having flown to his international camp the same day, that sounds like negligence on behalf of the international trainers. If players aren't being properly looked after whilst on international duty because of their own negligence I don't see how we as the club are to blame. Its like me selling you a brand new, faultless car, but you crash it the same day, the fault doesn't lie with me.

Because the national teams physical coach sees them like a few days in a year, obviously. I also didn't say there's a strong correlation, you're imagining things.

So what you're saying is that players who go on international duty and get injured during this period is of no fault of the international coaching staff, but it's the fault of the club trainers. Right gotcha.

but you go the extra mile to defend their successor

pls
They had a bad track record with injuries stemming from the time they started the infamous milan lab. Still I don't see how that has any correlation to Simon Collinet and injuries sustained on international duty. Meanwhile many praise the work of Antonio Pintus, and has anyone looked at RM's injury list?

Some people willing to blame anyone as long as it suits their rhetoric even if it's fucking absurd.

Nope, that's not what I'm saying. But if you think that, it's probably of no use to try and explain you how a physical coach actually influences players.

Injuries rarely have a single cause. There are multiple factors to consider.

So what are you saying? Because till now you've pointed at least some of the blame on the club staff and none of it on anyone else.

Can you just get to the point already, quit beating around the bush, you do this regularly then accuse others of putting words into your mouth, it's quite irritating.

What I'm saying is what I already said; nothing less, nothing more. An athletic trainer always has an influence on injuries during the course of the season... That doesn't mean he's the one to blame. We don't have enough info for that.

I got to the point but you're too stubborn to accept reality. It might irritating if you want to take it further and want to state things that can't be proven... As is done so often in here. Don't find a stick to throw, but fix the problem.
