Yes he puts a lot of strain on his body playing a physical sport professionally, and training full time 6 days a week. I don't know why he does that.

Ya but that ain't the only problem/injury he has been through. There's obviously something he's doing wrong or something he doesn't do in order to maintain the full fitness.
