Does anybody know when are Khedira and Mandzukic coming back?
Three weeks out is the last thing I read about Super Mario, I guess he`s got a chance to be in the group for Milan away at november 11th, which is our last game before the last internationals pause for the year, but probably wont be fully fit for the game vs Man Utd on 7th.

Khedira was also ruled out for 2-3 weeks if I remember correctly, so he should be available before Mario.

Juve: Month out for Emre Can? | Football Italia
Juventus midfielder Emre Can reportedly faces a month out as he prepares to have a thyroid nodule removed.
According to Calciomercato.com, Can is in Frankfurt for the surgical intervention, which will take place on Monday morning.
Consequently, the German would miss Juve’s upcoming games against Cagliari, Manchester United, Milan, SPAL, Valencia and possibly Fiorentina, as well as the international break.
Bianconeri boss Max Allegri is also without Sami Khedira, who is described as a ‘major doubt’ for Saturday’s visit of Cagliari with a thigh injury.

and some good news...

Juve, injured midfielder’s return date revealed

Juventus defeated Manchester United 1-0 in Old Trafford yesterday evening, Paulo Dybala scoring the only goal as the Bianconeri triumphed. Juventus were without two German midfielders for the clash against Man United, Emre Can and Sami Khedira – who have both been injured.

However, good news for Juventus fans as a return date has been set for Sami Khedira; the 3rd November, when Juve take on Cagliari. Khedira will, therefore, miss the match against Empoli – back in time for the game against the Sardinian side. That also means that the German will be available for Juventus’ Champions League clash against Manchester United at the Allianz Stadium on the 7th November.

Emre Can will also miss the game against Empoli but the Juve medical team will then reassess whether or not he is ready to return in time for the game with Cagliari.

Can out until December | Football Italia
Juventus will likely be without Emre Can for around 40 days while he has surgery for a thyroid nodule.
The Bianconeri have been struggling in midfield, as both Can and his Germany teammate Sami Khedira are out.
This morning’s Gazzetta dello Sport reports that the club has decided that surgery is the best option for the former, and he’ll be out for around 40 days.
That presents a problem for Coach Massimiliano Allegri, who has been deploying a 4-3-3 system this season.
Khedira will be assessed in training today and could return against Cagliari, but he has suffered a series of muscular problems.
If he has another relapse, the only central midfielders available are Blaise Matuidi, Rodrigo Bentancur and Miralem Pjanic.
To give any of those three a rest, Allegri would need to either change shape or experiment with Federico Bernardeschi or Juan Cuadrado in midfield.

It's very important that we beat United in Turin so that we can rest a lot of players in late November and early December.

Matuidi out for Manchester United? | Football Italia
Juventus’ midfield injury crisis continues ahead of the Manchester United game, as Blaise Matuidi didn’t train yesterday.
Sami Khedira has been out with a muscular injury in recent weeks, while Emre Can is also sidelined after surgery on a thyroid nodule.
That leaves Miralem Pjanic, Rodrigo Bentancur and Matuidi as the Bianconeri’s only central midfielders, but the Frenchman missed training yesterday with bruising he sustained in the win over Cagliari.
While the World Cup winner still has three days to recover for the Champions League tie, he’s a slight doubt to play in Turin.
Douglas Costa also missed training and “underwent physiotherapy treatments for a muscular problem in his left adductors”, with Mario Mandzukic doing only part of the session with his teammates “due to the recurrence of an ankle problem”.
Federico Bernardeschi and Giorgio Chiellini are following personalised programmes, with the Manchester United game to come on Wednesday.

Chiellini back in Juventus training | Football Italia
Giorgio Chiellini and Mario Mandzukic returned to Juventus training ahead of the Manchester United game, but Blaise Matuidi worked separately.
The Bianconeri will secure a place in the Last 16 of the Champions League if they avoid defeat on Wednesday, while a win would see them top the group with two games to spare.
Chiellini missed the weekend win over Cagliari with an injury, but he returned to group training today.
Mandzukic missed yesterday’s session after a recurrence of an ankle problem, but he also trained with the rest of the squad.
However, French midfielder Matuidi did a personalised session after suffering a bruised hip against Cagliari, the second session in a row he’s missed.
Joao Cancelo also followed a personalised programme as he has a slight thigh strain.
Douglas Costa had physiotherapy on a thigh injury of his own, while Moise Kean will have scans on a problem with his left thigh flexors.
Coach Massimiliano Allegri will address the media at 18.20 UK time tomorrow, with Leonardo Bonucci alongside him.
Jose Mourinho’s Press conference is slated for 17.45.
