Infographics merely reflect that humans are just too lazy to read anymore. We're going back to cave paintings as our form of communication.
It just struck me that, even worse, they pander to the human desire to be entertained (a pretty picture) over being informed (the actual learning within).
I guess that makes infographics a lot like politics: we prefer to be entertained rather than educated and informed.
